Always free for job seekers
Not for a profile, a vacancy or an interview. Only the employer pays.
Honest money first
You see the estimated net pay before you apply and the calculator shows where the number comes from.
Verified before visible
A profile enters the register only after documents are checked. An employer sees contact details only after you apply or consent.
No names in public numbers
Counters show a number only from 5, and the activity feed has a category, region and day, never names or companies. We do not sell data.
A reply within one working day
Employer request: a coordinator calls within a working day, shortlist within 72 hours. If we miss it, it shows in our system.
Complaints do not get lost
You can report unfair work or pay on the Waadi page. We publish the number of complaints once there are at least 5.
